As Solicitor for several public school districts in Western and Central Pennsylvania, Dillon McCandless King Coulter & Graham LLP regularly participates in labor negotiations, personnel matters, grievances, special education matters, tax assessment appeals and student disciplinary hearings. We also advise and assist public school districts with construction contracts and related bond issues. When necessary, our experienced trial attorneys are available to represent your district in court, to protect your interests as either plaintiff or defendant in a wide variety of civil matters. We have represented public school districts in EEOC and PHRC actions, labor arbitrations and have successfully defended numerous civil rights and employment discrimination suits. We likewise serve as approved panel counsel for multiple School Insurance Companies to allow our attorneys to act as solicitor and continue as approved insurance counsel.  As solicitors we provide regular trainings and Inservice presentations to keep public school districts up to date on the new and ever-changing legal landscape.
