Ronald N. Repak is a Partner in the Firm of Dillon McCandless King Coulter & Graham, L.L.P. He concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law, education law, state and federal civil litigation, construction law, and municipal law.

Experience:
Attorney Repak has represented employers in labor arbitrations, local agency hearings and other administrative proceedings before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, EEOC, and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board. Since 2010 Attorney Repak has negotiated labor contracts on behalf of Employers against the Pennsylvania State Employees Association (PSEA), Fraternal Order of Police (FOP), Service Employees International Union (SEIU), and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME). Attorney Repak has been a featured presenter on legal developments and litigation trends on behalf of Lorhman Education Services, the Western Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators, PSBA Spring Legal Round up, the Principal’s Association and Pennsylvania Study Council collaboration with Pennsylvania State University. Attorney Repak has experience in Government Affairs working in Legislative Policy Creation, Regulatory Advocacy Programs, and Economic Development on the State Level. Attorney Repak serves as solicitor and/or labor counsel for local governments, municipalities, school districts and private employers in Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Franklin, Huntingdon, Indiana, Somerset, and Westmoreland counties. Attorney Repak has been nominated to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star’s listing since 2018.
