Thomas E. Breth

Thomas E. Breth, Esquire, is a 1988 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a 1992 graduate of Capital University Law School. Mr. Breth has been with the firm since 1995 and, a Partner since 2012.

 

Mr. Breth practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, constitution and civil rights law, and education law. He serves as Special Counsel to the Thomas More Society as well as solicitor, labor counsel, and special counsel to numerous clients through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Breth has successfully represented clients in a variety of jurisdictions, including cases before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the Supreme, Superior and Commonwealth Courts of Pennsylvania, various County Courts of Common Pleas, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, and the Office of Civil Rights. 

 

Mr. Breth is an active member of his community having served on many non-profit and religious boards over the years. He is a parishioner in All Saints Parish, Butler, Pennsylvania, and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is a former member and President of the Council of Trustees for Slippery Rock University, a former President of the Butler County Bar Association, and legal counsel for the Religious Rights Foundation of Pennsylvania.
