Andrea C. Parenti

Andrea Parenti is an Associate of the firm and is based in the Cranberry Township office.  She represents clients in the public sector including school districts and municipalities and handles matters affecting public clients including personnel, employment issues,  labor relations matters and negotiating collective bargaining agreements.  Andrea also represents private clients in a variety of areas including real estate and corporate transactions. She also handles Estate Planning, Wills and Estates. She has represented clients before the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and the Courts of Common Plea throughout Pennsylvania and is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court. 

 

Andrea earned her B.A. magna cum laude in political science and sociology from Arizona State University. She earned her J.D. from Western New England School of Law.

 

Andrea is a member of the Butler County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  She served as the President for the Pennsylvania School Boards Solicitors’ Association and has presented for the Pennsylvania School Boards Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and the National Business Institute.
