Eric M. Divito

Eric joined Dillon McCandless King Coulter & Graham in October of 2023. He is an Associate with the firm and is based out of the Cranberry office. His focus areas are civil litigation, real estate, as well as general contract and business matters.

 

Eric started his legal career as a litigator at a NLJ Top 250 Law Firm in West Virginia.  Eric focused his litigation practice on business and energy litigation, representing clients in the Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000. More recently, Eric worked at West Virginia University focusing primarily on contracts related to the university’s R1 research program. 

 

Eric is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of West Virginia, where he is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.

 

Eric earned his Juris Doctor degree from West Virginia University College of Law. In law school Eric worked in the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Law Clinic where he provided local small businesses and nonprofits with free transactional legal assistance. He also worked for the Veteran’s Legal Project where he provided free legal assistance to veterans. Eric received his B.A. from Marshall University where he graduated Cum Laude.
